Welcome to PDDongcanvas tracking page. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping courier, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you containing a unique tracking number.
How to Track Your Package
To follow the journey of your custom posters, canvas, or mugs, please use the tracking number provided in your email and follow these steps:
- Find your Shipment Confirmation Email in your inbox (please also check your Spam or Promotions folder).
- Copy the Tracking Number provided in the email.
- Click on any of the trusted global tracking portals below to paste your number and view the live status:
When will I receive my tracking number?
Because all of our items are custom-printed and made-to-order, it takes 1 - 2 business days for production and handling. As soon as the item is printed and packaged, the tracking number will be generated and automatically emailed to you.
Tracking Information Not Updating?
Please note that after the tracking status says your package has shipped, it may take 24 - 48 hours for the shipping carrier (such as USPS) to update the initial tracking information on their system. If your tracking status has not changed for more than 5 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us.
