Thank you for visiting and shopping at PDDongcanvas. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Scope

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders delivered within the United States.

Shipping Cost: $4.99 USD (Flat Rate)
Estimated Delivery Time: 4 - 6 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Handling Time + Transit Time) is 5 - 7 business days from the day the order is placed.

*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier delays or peak holiday seasons.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

PDDongcanvas is responsible for your order until it is safely delivered to your address. If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or a full refund.
