Refund policy

At PDDongcanvas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products (posters, canvas, mugs, ornaments) are custom-printed and made-to-order specifically for you, please review our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

1. Order Cancellations and Modifications

  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order (such as changing the size, design, or shipping address), you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@pddongcanvas.shop.
  • Once an order has been sent to production or has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it, and no refunds will be issued for change-of-mind or incorrect selections.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Fault)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong size/item due to our error, we will take full responsibility.

  • No Return Required: You do not need to return the defective product to us.
  • Resolution: We will gladly send you a 100% free replacement item or issue a full 100% refund to your original payment method.
  • Requirements: To initiate this process, please email us at support@pddongcanvas.shop within 30 days of receiving your item. You must provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the defect or error so we can verify the issue and improve our service.

3. Change of Mind, Buyer's Remorse, or Incorrect Size Selected (Customer's Fault)

Because every product is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds if:

  • You changed your mind after the item was produced/shipped.
  • You accidentally selected the wrong size, color, or design.
  • You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout.

4. Return Address

In any rare circumstance where a physical return is mutually agreed upon by our support team, the items must be shipped to our business office at:

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 3 - 5 business days.
